Continued Care Package

At Elite Behaviour, we understand that making progress means is more than just a one-off training course. Therefore, our Continued Care Package is for clients who we have already worked with and who wish to maintain their progress.

One visit per term, comprising:

A social, emotional and mental health focused ‘learning walk’, looking at areas of a setting, perhaps that are already a concern, offering practical solutions, advice and risk assessments from qualified practitioners with proven expertise.

Term-time on-call support, not just for emergencies, but also for general advice.

Data analysis across the term to spot trends, potential areas of risk, and specific behaviours that might be affecting the setting. We would complete a report to accompany this, highlighting possible actions to make positive changes.

A twilight training session, including an element of our Insight training. This element can be chosen by the school and linked to the findings of the learning walk.
An incident recording book.
