Care Package
This service is aimed at schools and trusts that are new to Elite Behaviour Consultancy, and it is designed with mainstream settings in mind, and offers several key services that ensure staff members are able to reach their full potential.
The Care Package can Provide:
A social, emotional and mental health focused ‘learning walk’, looking at areas of a setting, perhaps that are already a concern, offering practical solutions, advice and risk assessments from qualified practitioners with proven expertise.
Term-time on-call support, not just for emergencies, but also for general advice.
Data analysis across the term to spot trends, potential areas of risk, and specific behaviours that might be affecting the setting. We would complete a report to accompany this, highlighting possible actions to make positive changes.
A twilight training session, including an element of our Insight training. This element can be chosen by the school and linked to the findings of the learning walk.
An incident recording book.
